Red fairy basslet with Pattillo

Red fairy basslet strays from his usual neighborhood as Pattillo Armadillo crosses the pond by walking underwater as some armadillos choose to do when they feel impelled!

The Red fairy basslet is aka Anthias kashiwae (Tanake) and hails from North West Cape, Western Australia.

June 26, Monday: LibraMoon, aka Laurie Corzett, has published her E-Zine this very day...JUNE NEW MOON Issue #2 is LIVE online at Emerging Visions with Art, Flash Fiction, and Poetry...check it out!

And visit Lim's Limericks by A.Cat for a sampling of the constents of three mysterious packets which I received full of limericks and verses concerning the exploits of Mr.A.Cat in service of his country.

BUT--if you wear your political indoctrinations on your sleeve you would do well to avoid these limericks AT ALL COSTS! A word to the wise from a little bird who told me...

Rainbow fish

Here at the Dreamyfish Art Gallery, fish dream, too.

Here we have a Rainbow fish, Odax acroptilus (Richardson) hailing from Geographe Bay, Western Australia, but currently having what seems to be a rather psychedelic dream, doncha think?

Feelin' groovy, apparently...which begs the question: has the Age of Aquarius started yet?

Scientists Try to Count Fish in Sea!

They're dwindling fast, people, but counting them all must be like finding a baby Foxfish in a Great Barrier Reef:

Foxfish

Welcome to the Dreamyfish Art Gallery where the real and the imaginary meet and discuss!

Dreamyfish drawings make a distinct attempt to blend Capricorn realism with Piscean visionary abilities--because fish dream, too...

Up above, Capricorn's Saturn and Pisces' Neptune are in a dance of opposition in the celestial sphere while under the sea, Dreamyfish are dancing along to their siren's tune.

Here's a peek at a foxy Foxfish who's dreaming of colorful climes...Bodianus frenchii (Klunzinger), Recherche Archipelago, Western Australia.

UPDATE, Saturday, 3.25: Go to Living on Earth: www.loe.org to read or listen to today's continuing "Early Signs From a Warming Planet"...today's is a very FISHY tale about declining fish populations. (LOE has "retooled" their site...no links allowed. Is this bad karma? LOE is one of my favorite radio programs...stingy is not good!)
